THERE ARE NO PARKING FEES
Arrival:
Load-in will begin at 7:30am and end at 9:00am
Show vehicles that do not load-in prior to 9:00am
will be loaded as space permits.
We are requiring a physically signed waiver at the gate
Event will be open to the public from 8:30am to 4:00pm
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late-shows
Please see the schedule for specific activities and times
Vendors:
Fee $50.00
Setup will begin at 5:30am and end at 7:00am
Late arrivals will be assigned as space permits
Space size will be needed at time of pre-registration
Canopy's or electricity will not be provided
NO Double Axle Trailers are permeated on the field
